Orang selalu kata ibu yang menyusu kena minum banyak air, jangan kurang if not nanti milk supply kurang. Masalahnya macam maner nak tau berapa banyak yang kita perlukan? Do u ever wonder how much water your body needs?
Info ni from CERY. Dia dapat dari PCSB HSE Dept: basically minimum amount of water you need depends on your weight, activity level & climate
example: berat anda 65kg....65/30 = 2.2 liter
(jadi minimum air yg anda perlu ialah 2.2liter)
Ni just general basic laa.. and the amount bukan jer bergantung pada weight... tapi suhu and activity level juga... kalo dibilik beraircond, memang kena consume air lebih hokey. (ni peringatan keras utk diri sendiri)
WHEN TO DRINK?
- Drink warm water after waking up from bed for great skin
- Drink 30 minits before or after a meal (drink during meals disrupt the digesive juices in meal digestion)
- Drink before u thirsty (u are already dehydrated if u feel thirsty)
- Over drinking is bad for kidney-flushes away vit n minerals frm body
- the key is BERSEDERHANA..sip throughout the day.
